Ariolas was founded in Miami Beach after watching a family-owned trattoria lose a Friday night to a stack of paper tickets nobody could sequence fast enough. We build the systems that keep every station moving.

How we think about the work

A paper ticket rail works fine on a slow Tuesday. On a Friday rush, it's the reason an order gets fired twice and another never gets fired at all. Every system we build assumes the person using it has thirty seconds, not thirty minutes.

Who we build for

Full-service restaurants, cafés, and food trucks running one to a handful of locations — operations that have outgrown a paper system but don't need enterprise restaurant software built for national chains.
